Terms and Conditions
* All our employees are bound by Confidentiality Agreements
* Rates quoted are based on English transcription only. Non-english transcription rates may be obtained by contacting us
* 50% of quoted price is required up-front as a deposit
* On completion of the transcript an invoice will be generated with actual hours billled and the trancript will be sent to client upon full settlement of the invoice
* Work and turnaround times start only when the deposit is received in our bank account
* Our rates include editing and proof reading
* Should the client wish to cancel their transcript once the process has commenced, they will be liable for transcription up to the point of cancellation a pro rated invoice will be sent
* Transcription quality is dependent upon audio recording quality
