In addition to that all First Corporate Secretaries' staff have been trained on the new Protection of Personal Information Act.
Besides our staff, we as a company are also happy to sign NDA’s and confidentiality agreements where our clients require us to do so.
Our transcription software, Winscribe uses the 256 bit encryption software. When you upload your audio files via our portal you are therefore assured of your data being secure. Our servers are secured through high levels of anti-virus software and firewalls. This protects data from all types of malware. Winscribe also allows us to track which transcriber worked on which assignment.
As a matter of policy, First Corporate Secretaries, does not archive any of its client’s files after completion of each assignment. All files pertaining to completed assignments are destroyed under supervision after returning them to the client.
We also have a strong regime of IT policy which among other things regulates the usage of computer hardware, storage devices and hand phones.
